ORGATER MB.BA.15
ORGATER MB.BA.15 is used for fine-celled foaming of thermoplastic resins particularly recommended for foaming of PP-ribbons and -films. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200° – 220°C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Injection moulding (foaming for weight reduction): 2.0 – 4.0 % Injection moulding (for removal of skin marks): 1.0 – 2.0% Extrusion chemical foaming: 1.0 – 4.0%  
Applications
ORGATER MB.BA.16
ORGATER MB.BA.16 is used for fine cells foaming of PP ribbons and films. In the injection process ORGATER MB.BA.16 can reduce sink marks and this for polyolefins as well as for engineering plastics’ like ABS, PS or PA. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 220 °C  is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion process: 2,0 – 3,0 % Injection process (sink marks removal): 1,0 – 2,0 %

ORGATER MB.BA.23
ORGATER MB.BA.23 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PP and PE mainly for extrusion of sheets and films. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200° - 220° C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion process: 2,0 – 3,0 % Molding process (sink marks removal): 1,0 – 2,0 %         
Applications
ORGATER MB.BA.29
Orgater MB.BA.29 is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP or PE. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 210°- 230°C is recommended. It has been designed to provide good dispersion even with short screw extruders (e.g. 20D). In packaging it can be used for example for decorative ribbons.   Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion Process:  2,0% - 3,0 %
