Orgater MB.BA.29 is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP or PE.

To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 210°- 230°C is recommended.

It has been designed to provide good dispersion even with short screw extruders (e.g. 20D).

In packaging it can be used for example for decorative ribbons.

Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming):

Extrusion Process: 2,0% - 3,0 %

Carrier: Polymers blend highly compatible with PP

Active content: 20 %

Characteristic: Endothermic composition

Decomposition temperature: Starting at approx. 190° - 200 °C
