Orgater MB.BA.26 is a microsphere masterbatch for foaming thermoplastics.

It can be used for foaming resins like TPE by injection molding and extrusion process.

To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 160°–180°C is recommended.

For packaging it can be used for example for synthetic corks or in extrusion to produce profiles.

Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming):

Injection molding process (weight reduction):  1,0% – 2,0 %

Extrusion process: 1,0% – 2,0 %
