ORGATER BA.M4.E
ORGATER BA.M4.E is used for foaming of PE/PP and TPE resins by extrusion and injection moulding process. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 170°– 175°C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Injection moulding: 1,0 – 3,0 % Extrusion process: 0.5 – 1.5%

ORGATER BA.M7.E
ORGATER BA.M7.E is suitable for foaming of thermoplastic resins (like PE, PP) by injection molding and extrusion in which it gives a relatively high gas yield and fine celled foam. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 190°C-230°C is recommended.

ORGATER MB.BA.26
Orgater MB.BA.26 is a microsphere masterbatch for foaming thermoplastics. It can be used for foaming resins like TPE by injection molding and extrusion process. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 160°–180°C is recommended. For packaging it can be used for example for synthetic corks or in extrusion to produce profiles.   Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Injection molding process (weight reduction):  1,0% – 2,0 % Extrusion process: 1,0% – 2,0 %
