Applications Heat Stabilizers

ADK STAB RX-405 is a Ca Zn based heat stabilizer proposed as alternative to di-octyl tin stabilizer (mercaptide or carboxylate). It can be conveniently co-formulated with typical processing packages consisting of lubricants and processing aids, as well in combination with solid and liquid phosphites as co-stabilizers. Its recommended applications include transparent extruded panels and calendered sheets applications requiring weatherability and long term ageing. It is recommended at loadings ranging from 3-7 phr).
