ORGATER MB.BA.16
ORGATER MB.BA.16 is used for fine cells foaming of PP ribbons and films. In the injection process ORGATER MB.BA.16 can reduce sink marks and this for polyolefins as well as for engineering plastics’ like ABS, PS or PA. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 220 °C  is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion process: 2,0 – 3,0 % Injection process (sink marks removal): 1,0 – 2,0 %

ORGATER MB.BA.25
ORGATER MB.BA.25 is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP and PE mainly  for Extrusion Blown Bottles applications. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 220°C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion Blown Process: 0,5% - 1,0 % Injection molding  ( weight reduction): 2,0% - 3,0%
