ORGATER MB.BA.18
ORGATER MB.BA.18 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PS, PE and PP mainly for extrusion of sheets and films and also for injection molding process. It is particularly recommended for use in coextrusion of PS and PP sheet for thermoforming applications like trays, coffee cups and yogurt pots. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 220° C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming):

ORGATER MB.BA.19 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PE and PS mainly for extrusion of sheets and films and also for injection molding process. It is particularly recommended for use in coextrusion of PS sheet for thermoforming applications like trays, coffee cups and yogurt pots. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°-220°C is recommended. This grade should be restricted for processing temperature of 230°-240°C maximum. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming):

ORGATER MB.BA.23 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PP and PE mainly for extrusion of sheets and films. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200° - 220° C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion process: 2,0 – 3,0 % Molding process (sink marks removal): 1,0 – 2,0 %
